With several years of experience across executive search and talent, our team has developed the functional expertise and dedicated network to advise on hiring in the talent and human capital function.
For the last decade, Niall has been exclusively specialized in identifying and placing talent professionals into companies spanning a number of industries; including private equity, venture capital, professional services, and technology.
Niall's network of talent experts is truly global, and he partners with clients in building talent and human capital teams across the US and Europe most often. He takes great pride in helping high growth businesses achieve their ambitions through the scaling of talent teams, and driving success through talent acquisition, retention, and organisational design.
Outside of JL:Talent, Niall is the co-founder of a group of executive recruiting businesses, playing a key role in their global strategy and execution. From this experience, he has a deep understanding of culture, diversity, and building high performing, recruiting teams.
Mia has spent her career working across the full spectrum of talent. After excelling at boutique executive search firm Raines International, Mia was recruited to join the talent team at Silver Lake Partners, a preeminent megacap private equity firm. Given her diverse experience within both of these industries, she is uniquely positioned to advise on hiring in this space.
At JL:Talent, Mia partners directly with investment leaders and C-suite executives to lead retained searches for Talent Partners, Chief People Officers, and other senior human capital roles. In addition to search execution, Mia advises clients on organizational design, compensation strategy, and talent mapping.
Lucy most recently led the Executive Talent function at Insight Partners, a $90B AUM VC and PE firm. She ran the team responsible for all C-level hiring across the portfolio and personally managed CEO and board searches and broader people advisory.
Prior to her time at Insight, Lucy enjoyed a two-year stint building out the executive recruiting function for Twilio.
Lucy began her career in London at Wilton & Bain, a global boutique executive search firm specializing in technology and professional services, hiring the leadership teams of enterprise technology organizations and their advisory counterparts in strategy consultancies. She developed her own specialization in software and moved to San Francisco to build a footprint for the firm.
